Welcome to Luxe Bloom Beauty! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Information
1.1 Luxe Bloom Beauty is operated by Luxe Bloom Beauty Ltd, an ABT-certified and insured beautician based in Earl Shilton.
1.2 We provide beauty services including but not limited to lash lifts, tinting, lash extensions, manicures, and nail art.
1.3 These terms apply to all services offered by Luxe Bloom Beauty.
2. Appointments and Bookings
2.1 Appointments must be booked in advance via booking system, 07729 305 553, info@luxebloombeauty.co.uk, or our social media channels.
2.2 A booking fee of £10 may be required to secure your booking. This booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
2.3 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
3.2 Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
3.3 For no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours), deposits are non-refundable, and a fee may apply for rebooking.
4. Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in pound and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment can be made via cash, card, bank transfer.
4.3 Full payment is required upon completion of the treatment unless otherwise specified.
4.4 Once the payment has been submitted, this confirms the client is satisfied with the result of the treatment.
5. Treatments
5.1 Nails Appointments: If a nail is lost within 7 days of the original appointment, clients are entitled to a free replacement. For more than one nail, charges may apply as an assessment will be conducted to determine the cause.
5.2 Lashes Appointments: It is normal to shed 1-5 lashes daily, which may be more noticeable when extensions are applied. If excessive lash fallout occurs within 7 days of the original appointment and is deemed abnormal, clients are encouraged to contact Luxe Bloom Beauty. An assessment will be arranged to identify the cause.
5.3 Additional Notes for All Treatments: Luxe Bloom Beauty reserves the right to request photos of the affected area before arranging any correction or redo. The beauty therapist may refuse to redo a treatment if the cause of the issue is determined to be client liability (e.g., improper aftercare, pulling lashes, misuse, or damage caused by the client). Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client has misused their lashes or caused damage through negligence.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Clients are required to inform Luxe Bloom Beauty of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
6.2 Luxe Bloom Beauty will not be held liable for any reactions caused by failure to disclose this information.
6.3 All tools and equipment are sanitised and sterilised according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 Luxe Bloom Beauty is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from treatments where aftercare instructions have not been followed.
7.2 Results of beauty treatments may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, lash condition, and adherence to aftercare.
7.3 Luxe Bloom Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Luxe Bloom Beauty respects your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings is used solely for the purpose of providing services.
8.2 We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
8.3 For marketing purposes, you may opt-in to receive updates or promotional offers from Luxe Bloom Beauty.
9. Promotions and Discounts
9.1 Promotional offers, including discounts for new clients, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
9.2 Luxe Bloom Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
10. Gift Cards and Vouchers
10.1 Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
10.2 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
11. Photography and Social Media
11.1 Luxe Bloom Beauty may take photos of treatments for promotional purposes.
11.2 Clients will be asked for consent before photos are taken and shared on social media.
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
12.1 Luxe Bloom Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
12.2 Any changes will be communicated via our website, social media, or in-store.
